The 10th Annual Sam's KIDS Operation: Warm Delaware Camping out for Coats is a challenge-based fundraiser with some attendees camping out overnight on a cold night in November to help raise money for the purchase of brand-new coats. New coats will be distributed to 2,000 elementary aged children throughout Delaware.
